Cement-lime plasters:
It will be taken into account that the new plasters are dry (approx. 28 days after putting into operation).
For old plasters, it will be considered that the repairs carried out are dry.
Very absorbent old mineral plasters:
For this type of plaster, a very good cleaning of dust and dirt must be carried out.
Usual lime and plaster plasters:
It is cleaned of dirt and dust, and any damaged areas are repaired with plaster.
Gypsum boards – cardboard: clean of dust or dirt.
Bricklayers from BCA: clean of dust or dirt.
The existing paint from the huma: can be completely removed by washing or scraping.
